Today at approximately 15:14:10 UTC for EU and 15:15:16 UTC for US our services experienced degradation that lasted for under 60 seconds. The root cause was an incorrect DNS change, meaning that for under a minute the DNS record for our API was not present. Any customer making an uncached DNS lookup within that timeframe therefore received no response, leading to errors relating to DNS lookup that would continue for up to 15 minutes after the initial issue had been resolved.
